What it means
Every anxiety can be thrown onto God, because He personally cares for you.
Peter writes to scattered, suffering believers. Humble yourselves under God’s mighty hand, he says, and then: cast your anxiety on Him.
Where it addresses you
You are holding a worry tightly and it is getting heavier.
You doubt that God is attentive to your small concerns.
