What it means
God heals by sending His word. The word goes where the sick cannot, and it accomplishes rescue from death itself.
Psalm 107 tells four stories of people in trouble who cried to the LORD. These were sick through their own folly and near the gates of death when they cried out.
Where it addresses you
You need a word from God more than anything else.
Your trouble is partly your own doing and you wonder if He will still answer.
