Delete your account.

In the app

Open You, choose the account-deletion option, and confirm. This requires a connection to complete the deletion of your hosted account.

Without the app

Email hello@wgodw.com with the subject Delete my makairos account. Send the request from the email address linked to your makairos account. If you no longer have access to that address, explain this in your message so support can help verify ownership. Do not send your password.

What is removed

Account deletion removes your hosted sign-in, profile, saved Words, written reflections, learning progress, and Paths. The in-app deletion flow also clears the account's practice on that device and the name, email, and phone attributes attached to premium access.

Purchases and other devices

Deleting your makairos account does not cancel an active store subscription. Manage or cancel it through the store where you purchased it. Purchase and transaction records are separate from your practice data and may remain with the store and RevenueCat for purchase verification; the account-deletion flow does not erase those records.

A support request cannot remotely erase offline copies on another device. Sign out or remove the app on those devices to remove local practice data. For questions about retained purchase records or the status of your request, contact hello@wgodw.com.
